Tips&tricks

  • Paragliding can be done in two ways: tandem or solo. Considering that to fly solo you need prior training and a basic course, the tandem flight option remains. Thus, the flight is done with a two-person paraglider: the instructor who will pilot and you, who will be able to enjoy the beautiful experience.
  • For tandem flights, there are no age restrictions; minors need parental/guardian consent.

  • Essential clothing items for paragliding are sturdy boots and a good wind jacket.

  • On average, a paragliding flight lasts between 10 and 30 minutes.
